(the Philly fanatic is one crazy mascot)Before the Phillies (also known as the Quakers and Blue Jays) had arguably one of the best rotations ever (Cliff Lee, Roy Halladay, Cole Hamels and Roy Oswalt), they were the laughing stock of baseball (which now belongs to in-state rivals Pittsburgh). The Phillies had 16-consecutive losing seasons from 1933-48 (a record broken by the Pirates current 18-year losing streak that goes back to 1993).
The Phillies however have still managed to sneak in two World Series victories and a handful of appearances. Phillies fans are known to be rowdy, whether its throwing batteries at JD Drew, vomiting on little girls or getting tased on the field.
